Story # 2 - Mirror - A tale of a woman's haunting encounter with a spirit inside her bedroom mirror. She must enter and unknown world and fight off demons she can't see. Along the way she learns a powerful lesson.

In the spirit of Halloween this episode is all about witches. One very popular place people love to visit during the spooky season is Salem, Massachusetts. While Salem is most known for the Salem Witch Trials not many people know that there was a darker much more sinister period of witch trials that began in 1184 and continued until 1826. During this very dark period of history tens of thousands of innocent women were accused of being witches, tortured and murdered by The Church. This period was known as The Inquisition. In Part 1 Jason explores some of the brutal torture devices used to test and get confessions from those accused of being witches. Jason also shares about his own personal experiences of being a witch.

Our first Eerie Expedition takes us to the haunted halls of the St. Anthony Girls Reformatory. Located in a small Idaho farming community this 100 year old building looks captivating and inviting to unsuspecting tourists but within its walls hides a dark secret. Many children considered to be troublemakers were sent here to be reformed into being respectable, disciplined and productive members of society. Instead the children were treated very horribly by the staff members and in the 60 years that the reformatory operated almost 30 children died there. 22 of them lie buried in a small cemetery behind the infirmary. Now their spirits forever wander the halls of the dormitory and infirmary looking for anyone to listen to their stories. Do you have what it takes to explore such a haunted place? Not Just Another Paranormal Podcast
The goal of this podcast is to tell the stories of little known haunted places, cryptids and alien abductions because everyone deserves to have their stories told. I will also tell some paranormal stories that other podcasts may consider too intense or dark to share (within reason of course). It's also a safe place for listeners to share their stories without having to worry about being judged. I will also be giving a medium's perspective on all listener stories that I read.
